Job Title: Site Manager
This is a key role within our organisation, requiring the successful candidate to possess a time served background or be degree qualified.
The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in delivering high spec residential developments and will be responsible for coordinating project activities with the Design Team and Client.
Main Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Contracts Manager on week-to-week operations
* Co-ordinate project activities with the Design Team and Client
* Work closely with the Services Co-ordinator, Sub-contractors, Senior Engineer, Purchasing Manager, Finishing Foreman, and Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Maintain site records according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Trade Qualifications or 10 years of Site Management experience OR Engineering degree/Diploma or related discipline
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and oral communication skills
