What You'll Do:
1. Develop and implement customer and field sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Communicate key priorities to ensure the sales organization responds effectively to consumer needs.
3. Lead the digital transformation agenda for the sales function, leveraging technology to optimize strategies and investments.
4. Drive performance and capability across a team of direct and indirect reports through coaching and inspiration.
