What You’ll Be Doing
Welcome customers into the showroom and create a positive first impression
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers interested in electric and new energy vehicles
Guide customers through the full sales journey with expert knowledge of BYD models and NEVs
Sell new and used vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Organise and conduct test drives
Clearly explain vehicle features, technology, finance options, and current offers
Generate your own leads through follow‑ups, referrals, social media, and creative prospecting
Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider BYD Waterford team to maximise opportunities
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest BYD innovations
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 2 years’ proven success in a sales role
A professional, driven, and target‑oriented mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence dealing with people and building rapport
Strong negotiation and closing skills, or a willingness to learn
A proactive, positive, go‑getter attitude
Comfort using digital tools and social media for lead generation
A full, clean driving licence (essential)
Motor industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
