Project Coordinator Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a leading cost and project management consultancy in the Southeast. The ideal candidate will assist with the supervision, management, control, and delivery of complex projects or several smaller projects.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of each project to meet agreed-upon quality, timelines, and budget expectations.
Main Responsibilities
* Facilitating communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.
* Coordinating project activities and tasks.
* Providing regular progress reports on project status.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with project partners.
* Developing project plans to be shared with project stakeholders.
* Assisting on the reporting of financial and construction milestones to the directors, acting as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and the project team.
Requirements
* 3rd level qualification in a related discipline.
* 2+ years of construction PM experience in Ireland/UK (client-side or consultancy).
* Strong commercial acumen required.
* Valid working rights within Ireland/EU.
