Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to provide administrative support to our department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
* Manage correspondence with external producers.
* Oversee the eCommissioning system for programme proposal assessments.
* Maintain and organise supporting programme documentation.
* Prepare materials for programme meetings.
* Schedule meetings and manage team calendars.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
* Familiarity with office systems and procedures.
* Experience using document management systems.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
