Job Title
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in the hospitality sector.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating and delivering onsite induction, ensuring tailored plans are in place. They will also provide general HR assistance on human resourcing and people management operations.
* Support the HR department in coordinating and delivering onsite induction
* Liaise with department managers and manage labour planning and recruitment processes throughout the organisation
* Provide general HR assistance on human resourcing and people management operations
* Ensure tailored induction plans are in place
Key Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in a HR Administrator or similar position within the hospitality sector preferred
* In-depth technical and working knowledge of employment legislation
* Strong analytical and organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
* Computer literate and proficient with Office Suite and CRM's
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
