High Voltage Electrical Engineer We are recruiting for an experienced High Voltage (HV) Electrical Engineer to support a high profile pharmaceutical project in Limerick.Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.This role offers the opportunity to work in a regulated, technically advanced environment, delivering safe, reliable and high-quality HV electrical systems as part of a collaborative engineering team.If you are an (HV) Electrical Engineer who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.Key Responsibilities Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HV systems, including switchgear, transformers, and protection relays.Manage HV testing, validation, and compliance with relevant safety and industry standards.As (HV) Electrical Engineer you will develop and control HV switching plans and support safe system operation.Support maintenance activities, fault finding, and repairs to ensure system reliability and uptime.Collaborate with project and client teams to meet technical specifications and delivery milestones.Promote continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and engineering best practice.Exercise authority to stop work where unsafe practices pose a risk to people, equipment, or the environment.Requirements This (HV) Electrical Engineer will need a minimum of a Level 7 qualification in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 3 years experience in an industrial or regulated environment.Strong hands on experience with HV/MV systems, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance.Solid knowledge of industrial HV electrical systems and grid standards.Experience with ATEX environments, DC power systems, and electrical control system troubleshooting.Benefits Salary €70k
