Due to continued expansion we are hiring Contract Surveyors based in the Dublin region.
Key responsibilities
* Preparing and submitting monthly valuations
* Assist with the day to day interests of the project
* Assist in the processing of tender packages
* Requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
* Develop a deep understanding of all financial requirements of the project including commercial and contractual strategies to ensure efficient delivery of commercial aspects of the project
Requirements
* Relevant Third level Degree
* 5+ years' experience preferably with a main contractor
* Previous projects experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects (Commercial and Residential)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
* Excellent IT skills
