Job Summary

This role involves the oversight and management of a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality client service, managing a team of professionals, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our client management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
2. Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.



Requirements

6. A minimum of 6 years' experience in a senior management role within the corporate services industry or accounting practice.
7. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
9. Proven track record in managing complex client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth.
10. Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
