The Role - Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for clients with 1 to 300 employees.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Processing complex payrolls and dealing with multiple payments and deductions including salary, overtime pay, holidays, sick leave, pension and employee health insurance.
* Preparing detailed workings and providing accurate calculations as necessary.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and taking ownership of multiple payroll entities.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years experience in payroll management - managing a larger payroll using a similar system would be beneficial.
* Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of csv file imports.
* Excellent problem-solving/judgement ability and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
