Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a consistently client-centric approach prioritising and safeguarding their well-being and interests.
* Deliver high-quality care and assistance to clients as per their Care Plan, including personal care, toileting, meal preparation, moving & transferring, and supervising medication.
* Regularly report significant changes in clients' physical, behavioural, or social condition, perceived lack of resources, support, or actions that may potentially harm them to your Line Manager.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* FETAC/QQI Level 5 Major Award in 'Healthcare Support' or equivalent qualification, including the Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules.
* Possession of a valid driver's license with at least 1 year of experience driving on Irish roads.
* Eligibility to work and live in Ireland.
