Salary: €55,000 - €60,000 depending on experience

Your new role includes
* Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on filleting lines, conveyors, freezing and transfer systems.
* Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults and minimising production downtime through rapid response to breakdowns.
* Monitoring and maintaining refrigeration, compressed air, water, and wastewater treatment systems and servicing wastewater treatment plant.
* Carrying out general site maintenance: lighting, plumbing, doors, drainage, and building fabric.
* Participating in an on-call rota to respond to urgent breakdowns outside normal working hours.
* Providing weekend support for upgrades, projects, and maintenance tasks that cannot be completed during production runs.
* Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and spare parts usage logs.
Experience you need
* Recognized qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
* 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or food processing environment.
* Knowledge of wastewater treatment plant operation and compliance requirements (advantage).
* Strong understanding of refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
