The role requires attention to detail, a focus on safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.QualificationsProficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair tasksExperience with Heavy Equipment and the ability to address related mechanical needsStrong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving mechanical issuesUnderstanding of safety standards and procedures in a workshop environmentRelevant technical or vocational certification in mechanics preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraintsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExperience in a similar mechanical role is a plus
