Job Title
A technical project manager is required for a capital projects role in the southeast. This position involves managing various aspects of building and equipment maintenance, including budgeting and compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 or higher QQI major award in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying, as well as full membership of a professional body such as the Society of Chartered Surveyors, RICS, Engineers Ireland, or RIAI.
