Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled project management team for the design, construction and delivery of major residential developments in Dublin and Leinster.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in their field and a proven track record with developers and main contractors in the residential sector.
* Project Manager: Lead projects from inception to completion.
* Site Manager: Oversee site operations and ensure timely completion.
* Site Engineer: Responsible for technical aspects of site operations.
* Quantity Surveyor: Manage financial and contractual aspects of projects.
* Site Clerk/Administrator: Provide administrative support to the project team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Coordinating with stakeholders, including developers and main contractors.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitoring project budgets and timelines.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
