Sales Enablement Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in EMEA.
As a key member of our global sales development organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering high-impact training programs that drive performance improvement and execution capabilities across our Sales Development organization in EMEA.
* Main Objectives:
* Create engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of Sales Development teams (SDRs, MDRs, PDRs).
* Design and deliver training programs that focus on product knowledge, sales strategies and skills, and effective use of sales tools.
* Collaborate with field leadership, product, enablement, and marketing teams to ensure that training is aligned with company goals and objectives.
* Evaluate and assess instruction and impact, using performance data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
This is an individual contributor role that reports to Manager, Global xDR Performance Partners.
