About This Role
We're looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Service & Repair engineers. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers receive same-day assistance with their heating and gas systems.
Job Description
This role involves attending annual service visits and complex breakdowns, representing the company in customers' homes. You will have access to support from experienced managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues. Essential skills include:
* ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
* NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
* Three years' experience in fault finding and diagnosis
* Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
* To attend to customer requests efficiently and effectively
* To diagnose and resolve technical issues with heating and gas systems
* To provide excellent customer service at all times
* To work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
