The Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Administrator
to join our Dublin team. You'll play a key role in supporting our sales function, managing client communications, keeping CRM data accurate, and ensuring a smooth flow between sales, marketing, and customer support.
This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, comfortable with cold calling, and able to work independently in a busy B2B environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage daily communications, follow-ups, and outbound calls
* Maintain Freshsales CRM — updating customer records, pipelines, and task lists
* Support the sales journey by following up with leads and nurturing opportunities
* Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and customer outreach
* Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
* Assist with B2B sales activities and lead management
* Process invoices and support account management
* Deliver professional customer service to new and existing clients
* Coordinate with clients, third-party providers, and accountants
* Maintain general office administration and documentation
* Assist with accounting tasks including invoices, purchase orders, and bank management

Candidate Requirements
* Confident making cold calls and speaking with clients by phone

* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong IT, organisational, and administrative skills
