About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our residential customer base in Ireland.
This is a permanent opportunity with a focus on multi-channel sales and customer-retention campaigns and activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent sales, business development, and customer engagement experience and want to bring their capabilities in this area to the next level.
Main Responsibilities:
* Outbound Sales & Retention calling to our residential market.
* Renegotiating customer contracts digitally and over the phone.
* Minimising Customer Churn by promoting our product range.
* Managing Inbound Customer Sales and Renewal calls.
* Identifying and closing Cross Selling opportunities.
* Re-engaging with and re-activating lost customer accounts.
* Enhancing our Customer First culture through professional engagement.
* Flexibility to assist other sales areas as required is essential.
Candidate Profile: The successful candidate must possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within the energy or financial services sectors, with a strong emphasis on outbound phone-based sales.
A third-level education is preferred, with strong IT skills particularly in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of digital sales and social selling.
Excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and exceptional negotiation skills are essential.
A proactive, self-motivated work ethic is necessary to thrive in a dynamic environment.
