Sales Support Role Overview
The Sales Support Co-ordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our client's unique Operations process. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Process customer product orders into CRM systems
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service incidents
* Collaborate with the Sales team to address customer concerns and set proper expectations
* Work closely with 3rd party logistics providers and logistics teams to effectively manage outbound orders
Requirements:
* Experience in customer service or logistics
* Languages: Italian, French, Polish, Russian
* MS Office Suite knowledge and experience
* Sound judgment and creative problem solving
* Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
