This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, bar, and events service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and banquetingLead, motivate, and support the F&B team to deliver outstanding service standardsEnsure smooth service during busy periods, acting as a hands-on leader on the floorAssist in staff training, development, and performance managementMonitor service quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards in line with hotel policiesHandle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficientlySupport stock control, ordering, and inventory managementWork closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service deliveryRequirementsMinimum 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or high-volume F&B environmentStrong knowledge of restaurant and bar operationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced settingStrong customer service focus with attention to detailFlexibility to work five days over 7Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety standardsExperience in banqueting and events serviceWine and beverage knowledgeExperience with POS systemsHospitality qualification (preferred but not essential)What We OfferSalary of €36,000Career progression opportunities within a growing hotel groupTraining and development programsFriendly and supportive team environmentEmployee Assistance programmeApply today or email your CV to sarah@teamworx.ie OR you can call on 045 898 037 to discuss in confidence.
