Job Description
We offer opportunities for Building Surveying graduates to work within our surveying teams in Ireland. The role supports a range of building surveying services across public and private sectors, including:
* Commercial and high‑density residential – technical due diligence
* Commercial & institutional – condition surveys
* Education & residential – assigned certifier and BCaR advisory
* Project monitoring surveys – forward‑funded investors
* Dilapidation surveys
* Contract administration
* PPP – independent tester
Professional Based Work
You will undertake schedules of condition, dilapidations, and technical due diligence work under the guidance of senior staff, gaining experience in these areas.
Building Compliance
You will assist senior and associate building surveyors with all aspects of building compliance management under the role of assigned certifier, following the Building Control (amendment) Regulations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Building Surveyor role varies with client, sector, and project. General duties include:

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) in Building Surveying, SCSI/RICS accredited
* Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication
* Proactive and driven approach to work, achieving success
* Ability to work in a diverse team, meeting common objectives
* Commitment to meeting deadlines set by clients and managers
* Good organisational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and ask for help when needed
