About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Finance Manager to join our finance team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have audit-trained accounting experience and 1 year PQE in industry, looking to take their career to the next level.

Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Finance Manager on monthly management accounts and reporting.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
* Review and strengthen internal controls and processes.
* Liaise with external auditors and key business partners.

Requirements
* Audit-trained accountant (ACA/ACCA).
* Minimum 1 year PQE in an industry or commercial finance role.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
* Familiarity with ACCA ACA CIMA skills.
