We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Lead to join our Meat Division UK. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in our office in Blanchardstown with travel to the UK.
The Marketing Lead will play a key role in driving sustainable profitable growth through delivering the Marketing agenda and through co-ordinating / curating the work of the wider Insight, Innovation and Marketing Team and supporting the development of Divisional Strategy.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy
- Play a key role in delivering the Division's growth strategy through leading the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the division and its brands.
- Develop and implement strategic partner customer growth plans that integrate agriculture, sourcing, sustainability, category, and innovation/NPD strategies to drive winning performance for customers.
- Create:
- Make a significant contribution to a high-performing cross-functional Insight, Innovation, and Marketing (IIM) team that consistently delivers impactful results from its activities.
- Own the selection, briefing, and performance management of Kepak's Agency Partners, ensuring the delivery of category-leading marketing work, leveraging Group scale where relevant.
- Grow:
- Support the direction and commercialization of the innovation process to meet customer, consumer, commercial, and strategic objectives.
- Build and enhance the brand reputation in agriculture to support sourcing and market share goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial Team to position Kepak as a leading supplier and thought leader, increasing customer influence and presence.
- Take ownership of the effectiveness of Kepak's Investment in IIM for the Division, aiming to exceed the target of 12% through continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing marketing role, preferably within the food industry.
- Working knowledge of and/or strong personal interest in the Agriculture and Agri-Food sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to drive growth through marketing, deliver successful customer programs, develop high-performing teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
