Senior Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist
This role involves working across the entire organisation, understanding complex manufacturing facilities, and ensuring quality protocols are followed. A key aspect of this position is to analyse and interpret data from various sources, including manufacturing processes and products.
* Create accurate documentation including work instructions, procedures etc - ISO management systems.
* Audit internal manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to standards.
* Develop strategies for proactive review and improvement of systems and processes to maintain high standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.
* Work closely with manufacturing staff to implement new changes or adaptations based on quality reviews.
* Conduct regular inspections and testing of manufacturing processes and products against predefined standards.
* Ensure all safety requirements are met throughout the manufacturing facility.
* Analyse problems reported and develop effective improvements to overcome them.
* Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing data and create reports for senior staff members based on quality documentation.
* Collaborate closely with external partners such as suppliers and customers.
