Operating within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, the role supports governance, compliance, and business continuity through professional coordination of executive activities, facilities management, and stakeholder engagement.ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide comprehensive PA and administrative support to the senior leaders based in the Cytokinetics Dublin office VP External Manufacturing, Senior Director Quality, and members of the Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain leadership teams as required, including:Proactive diary and calendar management, including scheduling of internal and external meetings.Drafting, typing, and preparation of correspondence, presentations, technical reports, memos, and briefing materials.Screening, prioritization, and management of email communications.Handling confidential information and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.Supporting the development of meeting agendas and collation of associated documentation.Expediting matters on behalf of senior management, including sourcing information, tracking actions, and following up with stakeholders.Ensuring continuity during the absence of senior leaders, including appropriate referral or escalation of matters.Governance, Meetings & Business CoordinationResponsibilities include agenda preparation, document collation, meeting logistics, action tracking, and follow-up.
