Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Interim Head of Legal will define and deliver a legal strategy aligned to business and regulatory objectives. You will act as a trusted adviser to the executive team, overseeing legal risk, compliance, governance, and stakeholder engagement. The remit includes contract management, support for board governance, and advice across commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications
Qualified solicitor with 10+ years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally with a producer or retailer background.
Commercially savvy with strong expertise in corporate, commercial, and competition law.
Experienced in contract negotiation, regulatory engagement, and managing legal risk aligned with business goals.
