Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for managing the front service counter, greeting customers, and providing exceptional service from check-in to return of their vehicles.
Key responsibilities include:
* Controlling and managing the front service counter
* Offering excellent customer service
* Booking vehicles for service work and resolving customer issues regarding vehicle problems and repair timeline
* Generating documentation relating to customer bookings, agreeing cost and timelines with the customer, and invoicing and collecting payment for services completed
* Maintaining accurate records and entering data into computer database, as well as maintaining stock levels and supplying detailed parts quotations
* Managing aftersales administration, including processing warranty claims when required
Required skills and qualifications:
* 1+ years previous experience in a similar role
* Possess strong organisational skills and an ability to structure workload efficiently
* A full and clean driving licence is required
