Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to take ownership of their customer portfolio and drive unparalleled growth.
* Client Engagement: Deliver an exceptional customer experience to your accounts and be an ambassador for the organization.
* Business Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive business strategy for each account, encompassing revenue growth, market share expansion, and trade marketing initiatives.
* Territory Growth: To achieve growth by conducting client needs assessments and business reviews for your accounts, identifying new business opportunities across your territory.
* Data Analysis: Accurately forecast territory turnover and build comprehensive risk plans in the event of short forecast vs target.
* Growth Implementation: Work closely with your Activation counterpart to effectively communicate and implement the growth plan with both the client and internal teams.
* Account Management: Oversee the budget for your account portfolio, including sales forecasting, negotiation, and promotional budgets, with support from supply chain and channel controllers.
* Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead annual negotiations with key accounts, develop action plans to achieve objectives, and monitor execution and progress.
* Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of your accounts and the competitive landscape.
