Location: Dublin City Centre Job Type: Permanent Salary:€35-40k basic Our client, a growing construction and property company based in Dublin City Centre, are seeking to hire a People and Culture Assistant to join their growing people function. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the P&C Lead covering the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, team engagement and training and development. Key Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for employee queries, escalating as needed Support HR administration tasks including contracts, recruitment paperwork and employee benefits Assist with payroll processing on a weekly/monthly basis Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, shortlisting, interviews and candidate communications Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems Contribute to Learning & Development projects Manage health & safety processes, book mandatory training and coordinate wellbeing initiatives Support culture-building efforts including surveys, team events and employee engagement activities Ad-hoc duties as required Key Skills A degree in Business Administration, HR or similar (HR certification is highly advantageous) 2+ years experience in admin or operations, ideally within a people-focused role Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information A self-starter attitude with a team player mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sharp attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
