Finance Controller

Your role:
Manage and develop a team of 2-4 within the finance function.
Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting to support business decisions.
Coordinate month-end consolidated financial statements.
Ensure timely closing of SAP and reporting submissions.
Own legal entity reporting and annual business plan submission.
Act as a business partner across functions and drive continuous improvement.
Manage cost centre controlling, product costing, and manufacturing variance reporting.
Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis including forecasts and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Handle corporate tax, liaising with tax advisors and group tax reporting.
Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with auditors.
Manage transfer pricing and internal/external audits.
Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performance team.
Participate in strategic activities and support KPI and organizational decisions.
Support ad-hoc projects and reporting as needed.
Qualifications and experience:
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
Ability to exceed expectations in delivering financial information and support.
Self-motivated with initiative.
Knowledge of lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and IFRS advantageous.
Experience in a multinational environment; healthcare sector experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Power BI, process automation, and design optimization is beneficial.
