Job Title: Accounts Manager

Role and Responsibilities: Management Accounts:
· Monthly Accounts to Trial Balance
· Posting of month end journals
· Accruals & Prepayments
· Assist with year-end process re annual audit with company's auditors
Budgets, Cash Flows & Reports:
· Annual budget preparation
· Annual cash flow preparation
· Monitor & reporting on variances against budget
Debtors Ledger:
· Credit Control
· Calculations & posting of invoices/credit notes
· Posting receipts
· Customer queries
Creditors Ledger:
· Collating & coding supplier invoices for approval
· Posting approved supplier invoices
· Monthly statement reconciliations
· Preparing monthly payment runs for approval
· Issuing PO numbers within agreed policy
Banking:
· Daily posting of transactions
· Setting up payment runs
· Monthly reconciliations
· Credit Card transactions
General:
· Providing Administrative support when required.
Qualifications/skills:
· Excellent Excel skills
· IATI qualified
· Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to plan, organise and implement tasks
· Commercial focused, results driven
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work within a small team as well as under own initiative
· Strong work ethic and flexibility
· Strong knowledge of IT systems
· Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience at a similar level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
