We have a great opportunity for a Technical Assessor (RGI) based in the Leinster region.
As a Technical Assessor (RGI), you will travel to customer locations across Leinster to assess properties and install, service, and maintain gas boilers. You will carry out technical assessments, provide detailed information to design and engineering teams, and advise customers on suitable energy-efficient products and services. These primarily include high-efficiency boilers, heating control upgrades, and related ancillary products and services.
Key Accountabilities:
* Carry out technical assessments at customer properties
* Install, service, and maintain gas boilers and associated domestic heating systems
* Advise customers on energy-efficient heating solutions and upgrade options
* Provide accurate technical information and feedback to design and engineering teams
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of RGI and SEAI regulations
* Provide regular reporting and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Here's what we're looking for:
* A thorough understanding of, and passion for, plumbing and heating
* A self-starter who can work independently and on their own initiative
* Positive and confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Requirements:
* Full clean driver's license is essential
* Minimum of 5 years' RGII / CID experience
* Thorough knowledge of domestic heating systems
* Strong all-round knowledge of gas boiler installations and the domestic trade
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Computer literate
