Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Catering Manager you must show but not limited to the following responsibilities.
* Must have 1 years Management experience in contract catering in Ireland
* HACCP recordings
* Delivering Hospitality
* Hospitality recording
* Daily ordering
* Customer Awareness
* Deli Bar experience
* Daily Paperwork
* Cash Handling
* Weekly stocktaking
* Managing a team
This is a hands on role and we require someone that can manage their own schedule to ensure we deliver services on time.
You must be able to plan, organise and control the establishment's operations to ensure that the food quality, presentation, and service are provided to the appropriate standards as defined by the Company.
Experienced in Managing a team and working with the Chef to deliver excellent customer experience.
To ensure that merchandising procedures and aids are applied to sustain interest in the range of food and beverages being offered and that, when appropriate, effort is made to increase uptake.
To develop and maintain good working relationships with the customers through regular personal contact.
To ensure that the Company Personnel and Food Hygiene Policy and Procedures are applied continuously and that there are no breaches of statutory or Local Authority regulations
You will be expected to work close with the Chef on site and manage the daily challenges.
This is a hands on role which will mean making Coffee, Sandwiches serving and cleaning and delivering Hospitality
