 * Deliver parts efficiently and effectively to meet workshop needs, collaborating with the Service Team as necessary.
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of vehicle types and parts, preferably with experience in HGV operations. Proficiency in utilizing a computerized parts system, stock management skills, and attention to detail are essential for accurate processing and timely delivery.
An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills is required to provide top-notch customer service, work independently under pressure, and ensure seamless workflow.
 * Coordinate timely parts delivery for all workshop repairs, liaising with relevant personnel as needed.
 * Conduct regular checks on parts availability for all workshop jobs.
 * Ensure prompt, accurate delivery of components to relevant jobs in the Workshop.
 * Prioritize pre-picking of parts and order planning for Workshop jobs.
 * Prepare and process all parts-related documentation accurately.
