The Depositary Company provides depositary services to Irish and Non-Irish domiciled funds and is responsible for overseeing funds to ensure that they are managed in compliance with regulatory requirements and the constitutional documents. To fulfil this requirement the Depositary liaises with Investment Managers, Global Custodians, Prime Brokers and Administrators on an ongoing basis.
What you’ll do:
* Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that SEI and its clients are in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Perform compliance and NAV reviews in accordance with the Depositary’s policies and procedures.
* Perform and review daily cash-flow monitoring.
* Perform asset verification checks.
* Liaise with the global sub-custodians, administrators and prime brokers, as required.
* Participate in new fund launches.
* Participate in on‑site visits to sub‑custodians and administrators.
* Review financial statements, prospectus, and other fund documentation.
* Meet client and investor reporting deliverables and deadlines.
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with colleagues.
* Adhoc tasks / projects as required.
What you will bring to the table:
* A third level business or finance degree or professional qualification.
* 2+ years of experience in funds administration and/or depositary focusing on NAV preparation and/or performing compliance reviews.
