This reputable company offers a very competitive salary, healthcare and bonus scheme.The RoleCoordination and supervision of the construction of a residential and commercial development.Support the Contracts Manager to ensure project is finished on programme.Oversee Industrial projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.RequirementsA Degree in Construction Management or similar.A minimum of 10 years proven experience as a Site Manager/ Project Manager.Engineering background is desirable.Experience in residential sector is essential. Candidates with no residential experience will not be considered.Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.Strong I.T skills are essential.
