We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator. This role involves managing day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records and supporting clients with their accounting needs.


About the Role

* Prepare year-end financial statements and reports for review.
* Reconcile key accounts, including VAT, payroll, leases hire purchases and fixed assets.
* Record financial transactions accurately in accounting software.

The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified accountant with at least two years of experience in an accounting practice. They should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting as well as excellent attention to detail problem-solving skills strong communication skills with a client-focused approach highly organized ability to manage multiple tasks proficiency in Microsoft Excel Office Suite ability to work independently use initiative responsible for ensuring all deadlines met compliance requirements efficient management of finance team contributing company's growth success professional communication via phone email support special projects as needed maintain accurate up-to-date records performance continuous improvement deliver results orientated service
