About the role
Our New Business Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Account Executives are key players in the sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and activation — owning their market segments with a solution-oriented approach to accelerate growth.
We’re seeking an Account Executive to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and manage deals through the funnel, including closing and activation.

What you’ll be doing
* Outreaching prospects via multiple channels, with a focus on cold-calling
* Developing and executing a lead sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying prospects, and maintaining consistent activity
* Building and managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily usage
* Balancing your time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling, utilizing internal resources and collaborating with your team
* Applying solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate value
* Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and solutions, supported by relevant case studies
What you'll need
* Fluency in English and Latvian/Lithuanian/Russian
* At least 1 year of demonstrable commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting
* Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
* A strong interest in building a career in a high-performing sales environment
* Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced setting
* Willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities to enhance customer experience
* Curiosity and a data-driven mindset, thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment
* Effective time management and organizational skills to handle customer engagement, closing, and CRM tasks
Nice to have
* A degree in finance or a related business field
* An entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude
* Experience closing deals with a positive, innovative approach
* Background in a startup environment
* Strong cross-functional project management skills
* Comfort in complex sales environments, communicating with decision-makers at various levels
