We're recruiting for an experienced Payroll & Expenses Manager to join a leading global organisation.This is a high-visibility role supporting Irish, UK and international payroll activity, with involvement in digital transformation and a new HR/Payroll system rollout.What you'll do: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 160+ Irish staffLiaise with UK payroll providers for 30 employeesProcess expenses, BIK, pensions, bonuses and share schemesOversee Revenue/HMRC submissions, ERR reporting and compliancePrepare payroll journals and reconcile employee cost reportsMaintain employee records and support onboarding/offboardingWork closely with HR on headcount, CSRD, healthcare and share schemesSupport AI and digital finance transformation projectsWhat you'll need: 5+ years payroll experience (multinational ideal)Strong Irish & UK payroll legislation knowledgeIPASS qualificationExperience with payroll systems (Sage Micropay, CoreHR, BrightPay etc.)Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Dynamics) & expense tools (Concur etc.)Excellent Excel and reporting skillsStrong accuracy, communication and problem-solving abilityJob Category: Payroll ManagerJob Type: Full TimeHybridJob Location: CavanCo Meath
