Location:Remote/ home-based with occasional weekly/monthly keep in touch days with the team in our Limerick or Dublin Office.Salary: €35,000 – €40,000Hours:40 hours a week flexible (8am – 5pm)Responsibilities To Include But Not Limited ToMonitoring the client email inbox and responding to queriesInputting and tracking reactive jobs on our tracker /CAFM systemActively monitoring open reactive jobs including chasing for updates and allocating reactive jobs to engineers and contractorsRaising purchasing orders for engineers and other team members as requiredAllocating PPM tasks to engineers and contractorsEnsuring any subcontractor PPMs are booked in on timeAttend client meetings on a weekly basis (online and in person)Attention to detail is imperative for this role and continuously looking for improvementsScanning compliance documentation (in-house and sub-contractor)Closing down completed jobs and uploading any associated paperworkReviewing documentation and raising any issues to the Account Manager in UK/IreAssist Account Manager with client reporting including helpdesk stats and trendsMonitoring up and coming inspections and co-ordinating dates with sub-contractors and the Account ManagerFollowing up with sub-contractors for paperwork/certificates in relation to completed works/inspectionsRaising remedial actions following works or inspectionsProcessing quotes as required and acquiring costs from in house engineers or contractorsAssessing completeness and appropriateness of sub-contractor RAMSAdditional tasks as requiredKey RequirementsPrevious administrative experience desirablePrevious helpdesk experience is desirablePrevious experience of Corrigo is desirablePrevious experience overseeing contractors requiredDemonstrate strong administration skillsStrong IT skills including Microsoft OfficeExcellent telephone and email manner, with solid communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail
