Job Summary:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will bridge the gap between Local Authorities and developers. Your primary responsibility will be taking charge of all developments, including acquiring key contacts between various Council departments and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing IW applications and reviewing key infrastructure works impacting housing developments. You will also oversee ensuring easement and wayleave agreements are in place with our legal department. Additionally, you will:
* Develop and maintain detailed monthly reporting on current status of TIC dashboards, IW applications, easements, project folders, and telecommunication installations.
* Manage each landbank in relation to upkeep and logistics.
* Be responsible for road opening licenses, hoarding licenses, and road upkeep within the development pertaining to each contractor.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in utility management and infrastructure planning would be highly advantageous. Furthermore, you must possess the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and maintain effective relationships.
