Office Administrator / Accounts & Scheduling Coordinator
Fire Protection Ireland (FPI) Location: Ireland | Full-Time
Fire Protection Ireland (FPI) is a leading provider of fire detection, life safety, and fire protection services across Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy head office team.
This is a key role within the business, supporting accounts functions and the day-to-day coordination of engineers and service schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Working in a busy scheduling office, coordinating service engineers and maintenance visits
* Handling accounts administration, including invoicing, purchase orders, and supplier queries
* Processing customer billing and supporting credit control activities
* Maintaining accurate job, contract, and customer records
* Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and clients via phone and email
* Supporting tender documentation, service reports, and compliance records
* General office administration and support to management
Requirements
* Previous experience in an accounts-based role (essential)
* Experience working in a fast-paced scheduling or service office (essential)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in fire protection, facilities management, or engineering services is an advantage
