We are seeking a visionary Head Chef to join our team and drive culinary innovation in a prestigious 4-star hotel in Cork.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Head Chef to lead a passionate culinary team, design creative menus, and oversee food quality and consistency. Our hotel boasts a popular la carte restaurant, busy bar food operation, weddings and banqueting facilities, and seasonal menus crafted with the finest local produce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated culinary team
* Design and implement creative, seasonal menus
* Oversee food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Manage stock, cost control, and supplier relationships
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume 4-star hotel environment
A passion for fresh, locally sourced Irish cuisine
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Excellent organisational and financial acumen
