Role Overview The Project Co-Ordinator will play a central role in supporting the delivery of insulation projects throughout Ireland from inception through to completion.
Reporting to the Office Manager, the role involves working across multiple departments including the Commercial Team and Project Management Team to coordinate operational, logistical, administrative, safety, and quality-related activities across multiple projects.
This position suits a highly organised, self-motivated individual who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and is seeking long-term career progression within a growing company established over 40 years.
Initially this role will be based at our head office in Ballycooin, Dublin 15, with re-location to Dunshaughlin, Co.
Meath (new head office) within the coming months.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination Administration Support projects from initial setup through to final close-out Coordinate activities across office, commercial, project management, and site teams Maintain accurate project records, trackers, and documentation Assist with project handover and close-out requirements Order Processing, Purchasing Logistics Process orders and manage purchasing activities Schedule and coordinate deliveries using booking platforms Liaise with suppliers, site teams, and project management to ensure timely deliveries Compile end-of-month stock takes Maintain, assist with, and carry out weekly inventory checks Workforce Safety Administration Compile safety records for new starters Set up operative profiles on clock-in and workforce management apps Maintain the register of employee safety files Ensure all operative safety records, certifications, and training are kept up to date Quality Compliance Manage the company's Quality App, including uploading and maintaining drawing records Compile BCAR documentation Submit BCAR and close-out documentation to main contractor platforms Support compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements Communication Coordination Communicate daily with site teams, installers, Project Managers, and commercial staff Coordinate information flow regarding schedules, deliveries, and project requirements Support the resolution of day-to-day operational and site issues General Administration Support Make hotel bookings for staff as required Manage utilities billing on company properties Provide general administrative and coordination support across departments Requirements Essential Strong organisational and coordination skills Excellent verbal and written communication Competent IT skills (essential), including MS Office, apps, and online platforms Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities High attention to detail Desirable Experience in a construction, subcontractor, or project coordination environment Familiarity with BCAR documentation, quality systems, or construction platforms Personal Attributes Self-motivated and proactive Enjoys working across multiple teams and departments Organised, reliable, and solution-focused Keen to develop and progress within the business Benefits Pension Health cash plan Laptop mobile phone 24 days annual leave Gym membership Monthly company lunch Career progression Bike to work scheme Refer a friend scheme Early finish on Fridays
