Sanderson are partnering with a consultancy services group for professional service firms to recruit for a Financial Controller.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Financial Controller to join our team on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days per week).
This is an onsite role, working directly with a portfolio of clients across Dublin, providing hands-on financial leadership and strategic support.
You will be responsible for overseeing the finance function for multiple clients, delivering high-quality financial reporting, and acting as a trusted advisor to business owners and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Preparation and review of monthly management accounts Budgeting and forecasting for multiple client businesses Cash flow management and financial planning People management of small finance teams across client sites Providing business advisory services and contributing to strategic decision-making Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards Supporting clients with process improvements and financial systems optimisation Acting as the key finance contact for client stakeholders Requirements: Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role Strong experience in management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting Proven ability to manage and develop small finance teams Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong commercial acumen and ability to advise on business strategy Comfortable working across multiple client environments Full driving license and access to a car essential For more details contact Elaine Liston in Sanderson on or apply on line for more information.
