Senior Surveyor - Property Management
JLL are seeking a Senior Surveyor for our Property Management team. We are the largest and longest established Commercial Property Management business operating in the Irish commercial property market.
What this job involves:
* Lead strategic asset management initiatives to maximize value across our managed portfolio
* Develop and execute comprehensive annual property strategy plans in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
* Build and maintain senior-level relationships with Clients, their tenants, occupiers and key advisors
* Provide strategic oversight and guidance on Property Management functions across the portfolio
* Lead complex rent reviews, lease renewals and void lettings to optimize income streams
* Partner with senior management and the Property Management Accounts team to deliver sophisticated financial management services
* Prepare and present detailed Client reporting and strategic recommendations for portfolios under your management
* Mentor and guide junior team members in best practice property management

* Lead strategic management initiatives
Required competencies:
* Professional Property Qualification (RICS/SCSI) essential and clean drivers' licence
* A senior professional with proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking
* Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and execute value-add strategies across complex portfolios
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and client relationships
* Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Advanced verbal and numerical skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proven ability to work autonomously while providing strategic direction to others
* Experience with complex commercial property transactions and negotiations
