Dublin 2 - office based role Global business €55k - €60k base + 5% bonus + 5% pension A global organisation is seeking a Service Now Business Analyst to support and enhance its Service Now platform throughout the current implementation process.
This is a key role within the IT team, focused on optimising ITSM processes, driving platform improvements, and delivering stakeholder value.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance the Service Now platform, including biannual upgrades and new workflow development.
Analyse business needs, document requirements, and configure the platform accordingly.
Deliver training and provide support to end-users and fulfilment teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with best practices.
Ideal Candidate: 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role with strong Service Now experience Deep understanding of Service Now capabilities and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration).
Certified Service Now System Administrator (CSA) ideally Strong grasp of ITIL principles (ITIL v3 or v4 certification a plus).
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is beneficial.
