Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Employment Relations Consultant to provide expert HR support in a fast-paced environment. This role demands a deep understanding of HR law and best practices, combined with a commercial perspective to effectively advise clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR role. They will possess excellent communication, administrative, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Offer expert HR & Employment Law guidance to clients.
* Design and implement tailored HR solutions for diverse industries.
* Lead complex workplace investigations, including Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance issues.
* Deliver practical advice via on-site, telephone, video, and email communications.
* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
* Stay updated on Employment Law and HR trends.
* Create and present content for seminars and training workshops.
* Contribute to developing new compliance products.
* Collaborate with team members to meet client needs.
* Review and advise on client policies to ensure legal compliance.
* Draft content for employment law publications.

Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years in an HR role with experience in policy and procedural advice.
* In-depth knowledge of Employment Law in various workplace settings.
* Strong commercial acumen and adaptability.
* Proficient in researching, writing, and presenting HR materials.
* Excellent communication, administrative, and project management skills.
* Team player with a proactive, innovative approach.
