Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement updated facilities, fire safety, and health & safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
* Oversee administrative and operational support services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage IT resources to guarantee sufficient and effective systems are in place.
* Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and risk management standards to prevent any potential risks.
* Coordinate building maintenance, including contractor selection and scheduling.
* Contribute to strategic planning and organisational development to drive business growth.
* Lead the coordination and management of facilities, security, health & safety, and maintenance tasks to achieve optimal results.
Requirements:
* A level 8 degree (NFQ) in a relevant field, such as facilities management or a related discipline.
* Five years experience in building management, facilities management, or health & safety.
* A working knowledge of facilities management principles, systems, and standards.
